The business and property of the Society shall be managed by a Board of Trustees. All but one of these Trustees shall be elected by the members of the Society at the Annual Meeting, and one Trustee shall be appointed by the Municipal Museum Community Advisory Group. One ex-officio, non-voting Trustee shall be appointed by the Town Council of Silver City.
